Wet your hair. Squeeze an appropriate amount of shampoo into your hand. Apply the shampoo to the hair with your fingertips, massaging the scalp.

Lather the shampoo properly and massage the scalp at the same time: this cleans the hair of pollution and product residues and invigorates the blood circulation, which affects e.g. for hair growth. If the shampoo does not lather properly and the hair still feels dirty, do the so-called double foaming, i.e. rinse off the shampoo and repeat the washing with shampoo again.
