The history of Metsuri products

The history of the Metsuri product series began already in the year of Shave Club's foundation, 2015. Because of our still-starting operation, the first Metsuri products were manufactured by a small cosmetics manufacturer from the capital region. The first Metsuri product launched was a beard oil made from natural ingredients. With the well-functioning launch, we also introduced two new Metsuri products to the market in 2016; travel-sized mustache wax and shaving soap.

Although the products were good and functional, we wanted to start investing more and more in our own product development and production. After a few years of development, we launched a completely renewed one in the fall of 2019 Metsuri product series , with an updated scent. This product series now also found its way to the shelves of K-Citymarkets!

Lumberjack today

The renewed Metsuri is our second natural product series made in Finland, designed for shaving and shaving care. It is based on our first completely own product series, fragrance-free Natural . The biggest difference to the Natural series in Metsur is its scent. As the name suggests, Metsuri refers to the world of forest scents, which first reminds the user of the fresh smell of freshly felled wood. The fresh combination of pine and bergamot combined with deeper notes of cypress and black pepper gives Metsuri a masculine edge. The Metsuri fragrance has received a lot of praise for its fresh and relatively mild scent.
