Use

Warm the mustache wax between your fingers, rub into the mustache and shape.

Tip: Scraping wax causes a headache for many when the wax is very "hard". With a spatula, the outer edge of the nail, a spoon, etc., the wax is scooped up and warmed between the fingers until it becomes pliable, and then the hair is applied to the extension.
